#1 Get to know what makes you happy

To comprehend happiness, it is essential to know what makes you happy and brings you satisfaction. Observe when and after what actions you and the people around you become happy.

#2 To recognize your happiness, first you should understand fundamental needs

A person must satisfy specific conditions to not only exist but also to truly live. Regardless of age, gender, or social standing, there exist nine fundamental needs that drive individuals from birth to death. These necessities include:

Livelihood: Providing for the basic essentials of life, such as food, clothing, and shelter.

Understanding: The innate human need to comprehend how to locate and consume nourishment effectively.

Health: Maintaining one's well-being is crucial, as a sound body and mind are prerequisites for thoughtful contemplation and action.

#3 Choose the approaches on how to fulfill your needs

To sustainably meet these fundamental needs, individuals must make deliberate choices regarding their educational pursuits and career paths. This is commonly referred to as a life goal. When a person optimally aligns their abilities and profession, they often experience a sense of belonging within society. Satisfaction is often derived from the ability to contribute value to others by creating meaningful contributions. Moreover, the desire to create encompasses more dimensions than the previously mentioned fundamental needs. People tend to find greater happiness in generating knowledge, solutions, and methodologies that benefit others, as opposed to the creation of material goods such as machines or techniques. Aspiration to create something of value for others represents a desire, while actively planning to bring it into existence constitutes a goal. It's common misconception that wealth or high social status inherently leads to happiness. It's worth noting that only two of the nine fundamental human needs are material in nature, while the remainder are centered around spiritual and spiritual fulfillment.

#4 It is essential to measure goals

A person may walk among us who does not know whether he is suffering or enjoying. This ambiguity often arises from a lack of precise goal-setting and result measurement, leading to an incomplete understanding of their circumstances. Even with great goals, it can be implemented in the wrong way. Therefore, remember that this method should be clear and not harmful to others. To make your dream a goal, you will have to use your resources to the fullest. These are time, knowledge and money. These resources vary from one person to another prompting individuals to collaborate and share their resources to collectively pursue shared objectives. In this way, a plan should be made to achieve a common goal. People understand that a plan is a list of things they need. In fact, it refers to a very broad intellectual act or thinking process.

#5 Knowledge begins with the organization of one's thoughts

Moving from the realization of short-term objectives to the accomplishment of long-term goals, the most important thing is the organization of our thoughts. The ability to think is a faculty that humans have gained throughout hardships for over millions of years. From mother to even newborn baby is able to engage in thinking process. It is of utmost importance to foster the development of your thoughts in an orderly and structured manner. Listening to people, reading books, and looking at things is gathering information. If you continue to think and reflect about it, you can turn it into knowledge. In short, knowledge must be the result of thinking and reflecting processes. Remember that It cannot be simply acquired through mere dictation from a wise individual or scientist or by passive observation alone.

#6 The right won't be realized without knowing the wrong

Children should be adapted to the habit of systematic thinking from an early age. They should be encouraged to independently seek information and critically assess the information they encounter. Learning to discern the veracity of a statement means they are acquiring a tool that will serve them for the rest of life. Children imitate actions, not words. Therefore, parents should not engage in discussions without adequate awareness and knowledge. Instead, it is more effective to learn together, emphasizing to the child the importance of acquiring knowledge when they lack it. On the other hand, right things can't be distinguished without knowing what exactly is wrong.  After trial and error, they will feel, "Ah, this is not possible, this is wrong." Such information will remain in one's head as knowledge only after they feels it. One will not end this world by always walking the straight path. Life is tough. Everyone, at some point, may roll into a ravine one day. Whoever he/she is, they will find a way out of that hole themselves. It is clear what will happen if the parents think and spoil children that their child will be with them forever. It may hinder child's capacity to think independently and lead a self-sufficient life.
